• Delete/possible merge - I took the pre-removal version that ansh mentions above and attempted to re-write the entire page. What I ended up with is not notable: would fail WP:GNG and I was unable to find relevant reliable sources, so delete. It may be appropriate to mention the concept of cleaning with steam at Disinfectant, but some is already available at Sterilization_(microbiology)#Steam_sterilization hence I say "possible merge".
