Delete as not notable - not on the Wellington City Council list of heritage buildings. Plenty of other art deco buildings in NZ and Wellington that are. NealeFamily (talk) 23:15, 20 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Merge the information about the building into the Edmund Anscombe article. The building does not appear to be notable in its own right (though searching for it is very difficult, when there is also a locality and a street in Wellington called Belvedere). The article on Anscombe says his architecture practice was "prolific". I assume there were many hundreds if not more projects. The article already makes note of his "key" designs. I don't think we should start adding a sentence about every one there. MB19:25, 24 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
