I was able to find this [1] report, but it is essentially a press release. Basically Paquette was Miss New Hampshire USA, and that alone does not make her notable. Comment I thought this name sounded familiar. I created this article back in 2012. That was when I was under the impression that every winner of a state Miss USA or state Miss America affiliate pageant was notable.
