The term "analytical linguistics" has been applied to any number of different pursuits within the field of linguistics. Sova's work may or may not be seminal in this field: the current article gives no indications either way. In either case, Sova's work can be described in the article about her. Having an entire article with the title "Analytical Linguistics" dedicated solely to her theory gives the incorrect impression that hers is the only theory. Rewriting the article to include all senses of the term would be impractical given the wide range of different pursuits that have been termed "analytical linguistics".
