((spoiler)) Not encyclopedic at all. The entire known skills and possessions parts are prime examples. Nobody needs to know that a character in a fictional book discovers uses for dragon's blood or is extremely skilled at transfiguration. This is more of a fan FAQ than an encyclopedia article.
