I can't find significant coverage at independent reliable sites to show that this project/artist meets the criteria for inclusion on Wikipedia. It appears to be mainly for promotion (the creator and the main contributor to the article is the subject himself). This article was AfD'd recently, but despite 2 relistings, only one other editor (not the creator) commented, and so it was closed as no consensus.
