The thin depth of coverage on this gang's history or significance contribute to its lack of notability, per WP:ORGDEPTH and WP:EVENT. This was a local criminal gang that murdered, sold drugs, and got caught. The sources cited all describe the criminal trial, with trivial coverage of the gang's history or wider notability.
