You are doing very well! Here are some tweaks you can make to the article.

• A lead is a good idea. That is a short paragraph at the top of the article (with no heading) summarizing the contents beneath. (See other articles for an example.)

• Highest level headings start with two equal signs (example: ==Origin==)

• You can highlight Bell Doctrine if you like.

• Give it a good read aloud. This will help you catch small mistakes: "...Baxter's law theoretically is applied to applies to a ..."

• "internalizing complementary externalities" is a redlink, and that's fine if you think it has a good chance of becoming an article.

• Toss in some more links, such as AT&T, Stanford University, etc.

• Try to add inline references (see this. Also, if you want a more detailed reference, try this:

<ref>((Cite web | title = Apple tree fruit | url=http://apples.com/apple-trees.html | accessdate = 20 February 2011 ))</ref>

Insanely detailed references are here. Just glue one of those in between Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page). and stick it at the end of the text you wish to reference.

• I see external such as Internalization of Complementary Externalities. First letter capitalization, after that, only caps if really necessary is the rule of thumb.

• You can delete the orphan template at the very top of the article.

• Finally, I see a couple of commas with no spaces after. Very minor.

One concern that I have is the following: if you took language verbatim, make sure that you put text in quotation marks and provide a reference to the source. Hello again. I see you've been busy. I like the contributions you made to Spectrum auction. Here are a few comments:

• Try to add inline citations by placing them at the end of the text, instead of at the bottom of the article in the references section.
• Give your edits a quick once-over. (I see a few missing spaces: "... rights(licences)...", "... wavelengths]]and to assign...", "...process.Spectrum...". "...lotteries]].Since...", "...collusion.When...".)
• Replace "... represent a huge advance in..." with less astonishing wording. ("Huge" is considered to be a peacock word.)
• A line space should be present between the last bit of text in a section and a new section heading.
• Again, it's always a good idea to read aloud the new text. (I make really awful mistakes that I catch this way. Sometimes I can't believe I actually missed it, and suspect some sort of brain damage. :)
• Section headings usually don't require italics.
• Omit (when possible) the name of the article in section headings. (e.g. Disadvantage of Spectrum Auction --> Disadvantages)
• Try to avoid using the same word many times in a single sentence. (e.g. "...up for bid simultaneously and bidders submit new higher bids on desired number of licences, bumping the standing high bidder....")

Please don't be put off by these comments. You are doing very well, and are making good contributions to the project. About 1,000 people each month read what you've written, and that's a very good thing! [1][2]

If another editor were to submit comments on my contributions, it would look something like this:

• Anna, tsk tsk tsk, sloppy, sloppy, sloppy.
• Anna! What the heck are you doing? You call those edits??
• Anna!! Just stop! You're killing the article!!!
• Anna!!! It's pretty obvious that you're drunk. Maybe you should just stop editing. Have you considered gardening, or maybe buying some crayons?

• In Spectrum auction#USA, there could be mention of Policies promoting wireless broadband#Freeing space.
• Dig up sources to support the Spectrum auction#Innovation section.
• Sweden section is supported by a blog reference. Consider another source. Also, the figure USD 38.60 is not in the source.
• Lots of interwiki links are needed. Add ones that go to articles like US Congress, but not world or value.
• Rephrase some sentences to be more encyclopedic, such as "...get these services off the ground..." and "...been a hot topic...".
• Ensure that the date and currency formats are consistent throughout the article.
