This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in articles about living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Please do not remove the previous edit. It links to the Wikipedia page for the Astros scandal, which has many, many sources. I don't know how you could remove it for "lack of sources" when those sources are very clearly laid out. I am restoring it.
Thanks for your comments on my recent edits. Here is the other point of view:
The original edits were all inserted by a single user AugustB1914 over a period of time. Here are some of the issues I have with them:
1. They are constantly disparaging. For instance the phrase "In 2016, Ford was ranked as one of the top ten most influential members of the European Parliament by Politico Europe, particularly for her work on digital policy" was replaced by "In 2016, Ford was ranked as one of the top ten most influential members of the European Parliament by Niche Media Outlet Politico Europe, particularly for her work on digital policy. This is clearly intended to undermine the opinion. Politico Europe according to its own Wikipedia entry is "European edition of the American news organization Politico reporting and supporting the European Union. Its headquarters are located in Brussels with additional offices in London, Berlin, Warsaw, Paris, and Frankfurt." You'd have to say the description of it as niche is at best an opinion
2. the latest addition includes the following phrasing: "During her tenure, which has coincided with the Covid-19 pandemic, the Department has found itself facing a number of political controversies, including the summer 2020 examinations volte-face; ; and the feeding of children, with Ms Ford voting against an opposition motion to provide food for poor children during the half-term holidays .. The latter case saw the Government back down in face of public outrage and campaigning by the Manchester United footballer Marcus Rashford."
This is actually just political propaganda. To take it bit by bit:
During her tenure, which has coincided with the Covid-19 pandemic, the Department has found itself facing a number of political controversies, including the summer 2020 examinations volte-face; the piecemeal provision of laptops to pupils without home technology..." -This is nothing to do with the subject, whose portfolio does not include examinations, curriculum or provision of laptops in schools
"and the feeding of children, with Ms Ford voting against an opposition motion to provide food for poor children during the half-term holidays." This references an opposition day debate. ." [In point of fact Mrs Ford was the first minister of any side to provide free school meals during the holidays, and local authorities had been given funding to provide support to poor families.]
Saying "Mrs ford voted against a motion to provide food for poor children during the half term holidays to prevent a million children going hungry is pure political propaganda. The Government always vote against opposition day motions. An explanation of why this is so can be found at for example https://politicsteaching.com/2020/09/11/do-opposition-days-in-parliament-really-matter/ . So it could say "As with all government ministers and all opposition day debates..."
But if you are going to include this vote why not how MPS vote on every single motion? All this is available through standard websites like theyworkforyou. It does not need to be duplicated in Wikipedia. It is not included in the wikipedia pages for the secretary of state in charge of the department or other ministers. It is purely there to try an discredit and embarrass the subject
"The issue managed to unite both those who saw it as evidence of the Conservatives spending tax-payers’ money poorly (£5 of produce costing the public purse £30), and those who questioned the morality of providing children with such miserly amounts of food. Ms Ford tweeted her dissatisfaction, [2] but not before Rashford and the celebrity chef and anti-food poverty campaigner Jack Monroe urged the Government to act." 'This is comment and opinion not fact'
Parliamentary Expenses: While I have no particular issue with these being included they are not a standard part of the Wikipedia pages on MPs, and again are freely available elsewhere. Mrs Ford's expenses are not high by comparison with other MPs, and again the only reason they are included is to score political points
To be honest I could rewrite the article correcting the errors and removing matters of opinion, but the real point is that this this is being repeatedly edited by someone (AugustB1914) with an axe to grind and there seems little point. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MrFixed (talk • contribs) 17:31, 4 February 2021 (UTC)
Hello, Skingo12. Thanks for the comment. I noticed that the page in Seattle Film Critics Society was too long than the other film critics awards so I decided to separate it to the other categories and ceremonies to do the same. For example, in Washington D.C. Area Film Critics Association, they have shorten the page so it won't worry about scrolling down as what you will find the awards you put at. Tell me I didn't do any wrong because I help to migrated into separate pages, you can leave me a message here. Thank you! — Preceding undated comment added 10:03, 1 March 2021 (UTC)

It's not explicitly stated in WP:SALT but generally it's only at the fourth deletion that pages get salted. In the case of Mohittandonchicago1, he's now blocked so unlikely to recreate the page. Hope that helps, Cabayi (talk) 13:32, 3 February 2021 (UTC)
"Neutral tone" was exactly what I was aiming for when I changed it. "Murder" is an unlawful premeditated killing, and it could be argued that the Cayuse were acting in self-defense. Using the word "murder" is a very white/euro-centric evaluation of the situation. Whether or not the killing of the Whitmans was justified depends entirely on your point of view. If Indians moved to London, and began building homes on British peoples' land, stealing their food, spreading deadly diseases, lying and breaking agreements, and then poisoning people, I guarantee the British would've done the same thing. "Vengeful killing" is MUCH more neutral, and therefore more appropriate for Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:1C1:C280:9260:0:0:0:E386 (talk) 22:53, 15 February 2021 (UTC)

Good afternoon! Skingo12, I read information about Dmitry Soin on various sources, there is no such information anywhere, everything that is indicated in the author's book, his fantasies. It is possible to edit the sentence about 1994, I read that the case was created specifically, but it is not related to the murder, you can not write about a person so sharply, for everyone to see. Please replace the quote from the book

Hi,
I apologize for not explaining why I removed certain parts from Ivan Duque´s page, I wasn´t aware that they had to be justified. If you follow the sourced material that I removed, however, you will notice that the information in the page was presented in a biased manner and most of the sources lead to tabloid journalism (most of the accusations are speculative). The whole Ivan Duque article is structured as a subtle attack to this man, it doesn´t even include the positive aspects of his administration (which are plenty). If you would be so kind as to remove the parts you restored, I promise I´ll get working on including some factual and unbiased information that will make the article look less despicable. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.145.219.15 (talk) 14:12, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

Sorry, my friend. I should have stated why I changed 'program' to 'programme'.
Because the Red Guitars are an English band, I thought it would have been more consistent to use the British English spelling 'programme', as the word 'program' to most British people, means a computer operation or application.
I hope that makes sense.
Thank you for responding so quickly.
