This account could be from the sock farm of User:Nayinar Kshatriyas who were banned along with their other sock accounts few months ago. I can't speak with authority but my suspicion stems from the fact that Nayinar, like this user, was obssessed with Vanniyars and their politics(Pattali Makkal Katchi is a political party for Vanniyar community which this user was promoting).
