The page on the webiste you're looking at does read a bit ambiguous... all it says is that 'we're building a restaurant and will host tours in the coming months' (meaning they haven't opened the beer garden or the tap room/restaurant yet)...but the part that you are possibly overlooking is the second sentence on the page where it says 'Built in 2015...' because they started doing production for all the year-round availibility beers (Daisy Cutter, Pony and Lead Feather) at Balmoral in 2015. I've got friends in the industry, so that's why I keep up with this kind of stuff, plus I hit the tap room up on Linclon every other week and chat with the guys working there. But they're most definitely brewing beer in the new location (which is also why they overhauled the website a few weeks ago to make it ready for events going on at the Balmoral location when the pub opens). The new operation is also largely why can get Daisy Cutter in places like Bolingbrook and Aurora now, because before they use to have barely enough production to cover the city limits. The Balmoral location started brewing in like May or June I wanna say? Hopefully that clears it up for you. Cheers. Ryecatcher773 (talk) 02:38, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
Hallo Mudwater, I moved your info about Pizza puff to Panzerotto, where I think it belongs. In fact, except (part of) its name, there is not much which resembles a pizza in this dish, while according to its preparation and ingredients it is clear to me that it is a variation on a panzerotto's theme. ;-) Feel free anyway to start a discussion thread on the Pizza article if you don't agree with me and to revert me, of course. ;-) Ciao, Alex2006 (talk) 17:26, 13 February 2016 (UTC)

A recent IP edit made me glance at List of regional dishes of the United States for the first time in a while. The work that you and NA1000 did there a while back is really remarkable, and it is a truly wonderful list. Thanks for tracking all those dishes down! Help to expand List of restaurants in the Las Vegas Valley if you're interested. See the talk page there for more info. Cheers, North America1000 18:25, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
I'm eyeballing List of breweries in Washington and wondering about unredlinking and removing the non-notables. But it's also a lot of breweries--maybe more than half the list. Thoughts? Prof. Mc (talk) 14:50, 8 March 2016 (UTC)
Thanks for Shrine Auditorium 67 page (and work to date). There's another vinyl breakout from the 30 Trips box coming in a few weeks. I'm wanting to add a section on Bear's Choice LP page re the arrival/importance of the dancing bears but am unsure about graphic availability for (likely necessary) illustrative purposes. Also, not keen on the intro to Without a Net focusing on manner of Mydland's demise - planning to rewrite - will do that or post a proof at some point and add content. Cheers
also - read the ping link - could not make heads/tails how to use for PM

((Re|Tangverse))
in this post. (You also have to sign the post with four tildes for this to work.) (3) I'd say go for it on the Without a Net intro. (4) The dancing bears artwork is included at Grateful Dead#Artwork. It's a copyrighted image, but it's okay to include it there because it's one of the band's logos. I'm not 100% sure but it might be okay to also include it in the Bear's Choice article. (5) What's the next 30 Trips vinyl release, and how do you know? (6) I'm going to post separately on your talk page, continuing our discussion there. — Mudwater (Talk) 01:23, 23 March 2016 (UTC)For lending the most valuable asset: time. Thank you for the warm welcome. I'm impressed with your work on the Dead, and Bromberg. I hope to work on the Scarlet Begoinas page some more. I'd like to expand on the gamblilng imagry thought but I need to find the citations first. Please let me know if I'm stepping on toes or screwing things up. — Mudwater (Talk) 23:20, 15 April 2016 (UTC)List of baked goods created today! I've sent this message to the few remaining Wikipedia users I know nowadays that may still be into food list articles (Anna F, Dennis B, Mudwater). Sometimes people are busy, or not interested, so if nobody adds anything, I'll hold it against you forever (ha ha.) I also spun-out List of buns from bun today. Complain to me on my talk page, or here, or both. Enjoy pizza emoji, North America1000 05:29, 22 April 2016 (UTC)

Hey Mudwater: Thanks for your contributions to the encyclopedia. Check out this fair use Carlos/Garcia stuff: Darkstar teaser (?) at around 2:30. And another decent jam at around 5:04. Psychedelic Carlos and Garcia. Almost like acid jazz? North America1000 04:10, 9 June 2016 (UTC)

The more I expand List of travelers, the more fascinating I find the subjects to be. Since you dig lists, perhaps you'd be into chipping in to help expand this article. If not, then that's all right too. North America1000 08:54, 18 August 2016 (UTC)
Hey! I'm Zach. Just asking about the Grateful Dead page. Under genres it only says Rock, which makes a lot of sense because their music encompassed an incredible number of genres and evolved greatly overtime. However, I think just having "Rock" somewhat belittles the unique, unprecedented style of music they played and instead groups them in with other less interesting bands who also played classic "Rock". Because of this, I think we should include the various genres on the page, mostly the main ones. For example, psychedelic rock, folk rock, jam band, bluegrass, country rock, rock and roll, blues, rhythm and blues. This should encompass a very great majority of their music. Please consider. Thanks :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zumus749 (talk • contribs) 03:05, 28 August 2016 (UTC)
Yeah, I'm pretty sure the editor who nominated the article for deletion hadn't even heard of the brewery prior to his accidental discovery of it via Google. But as it crosses over two Wikiprojects I'm part of (Chicago and Beer) I couldn't stand by idly. Regarding the 'See also'... aside from the coincidental jab at Trump, the two have no more real connection than Goodyear Tires and Hoppin Frog brewery do (i.e. both are in the same city/metro and both make things people buy). Cheers! Ryecatcher773 (talk) 01:59, 1 September 2016 (UTC)
I got a good laugh upon reading about the beer name change in the article. Silly, but funny, a bit of a surprise when reading the article. North America1000 06:28, 2 September 2016 (UTC)
