Excuse me, but your false statement "although most Herod biographers do not believe that this event occurred" constitutes vandalism. Firstly, it is false, and you provide a mere one citation which thus constitutes your opinion. The murdering of the innocents has been a universally accepted truth. By suggesting otherwise, you provide a gross bias and an uneducated viewpoint. You need to read more. If you continue in sharing your bias and ignorance, you will be blocked. 71.185.227.61 (talk) 03:01, 20 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
has been a universally accepted truth—nope, it was only believed by Christians, and probably most Christians would have agreed with it before the Enlightenment.Liberal Christianity generally sides with mainstream history vs. traditional beliefs. I.e. it has no problem accepting that the event wasn't real. tgeorgescu (talk) 03:39, 20 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Before making sweeping changes to the date formats used in the article, you need to get consensus at the talk page. See WP:ENGVAR for more about keeping with established patterns like this in articles. —C.Fred (talk) 03:25, 20 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Fred, please grow up. From my and other's viewpoints, you're the disruptor. The designations BCE and CE still require Jesus' birth as the focal point. You can't escape reality. Read the following - "Edit warring over how exactly to present encyclopedic content is not vandalism. Careful consideration may be required to differentiate between edits that are beneficial, edits that are detrimental but well-intentioned, and edits that are vandalism. If it is clear that an editor is intending to improve Wikipedia, their edits are not vandalism, even if they violate some core policy of Wikipedia. Mislabeling good faith edits "vandalism" can be harmful, as it makes users less likely to respond to corrective advice or to engage collaboratively during a disagreement. For that reason, avoid using the term "vandalism" unless it is clear the user means to harm Wikipedia." 71.185.227.61 (talk) 03:43, 20 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't say you were vandalizing. I said you were disrupting the project, particularly with the change of date formats. I'll also now point out that you've engaged in a personal attack. —C.Fred (talk) 03:46, 20 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
