Judging by the article, you have done a lot for your country and should be proud. :) As for the article: Based on Wiki policy, I would recommend you make major contributions to the article minimally. You should still monitor the article, reverting vandalism, making minor changes, and citing references.
There are only a few ways this article could be improved; it's already very good. Firstly, in the education section, there should be minimal amounts of external links. I would recommend using internal links instead, or add the links to the External Links section. In addition, I would recommend the thoughts and views section be put into prose and paraphrased.
