Military occupation is the legal ending of the war in line with Geneva conventions, establishing temporary governance over occupied areas. Your idea here however is quite different - it deals with Israeli take over of Dar al-Islam, which is seen illegal from Islamic theology and stands for Arabic: احتلال, no matter the legal international status (temporary governance, annexation, autonomy, etc). Most of those issues are not military occupation per definition - Gaza has no military governance, neither South Lebanon ever had, State of Palestine is not military governed by Israeli Army (except Area C by COGAT), Golan is annexed. All past occupations are already described under Israeli Military Governorate and Israeli Civil Administration. Forking is not helpful, but waste of time on your behalf.GreyShark (dibra) 05:27, 8 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I am avoiding "war campaign" semblances by keeping it WP:NPOV, this way it is just a navbox for the articles related to the status of the situation and not just the war efforts of Israel. To be specific, the Golan Heights annexation is globally-contested and so I am replacing the link with simply "Status of the Golan Heights", this way it is NPOV and not a war campaign at all anymore. The navbox is indeed very useful for such an important topic. Best, Altanner1991 (talk) 23:12, 31 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
