I have reviewed the article against the Good Article criteria. Overall the article meets the criteria, being well written, adequately referenced and comprehensive. There does not appear to be any problems with neutrality and stability. The linking of wrestling jargon is particularly well done and useful for non-enthusiasts such as me. However there are some issues I would like to see addressed before I promote the article.

• In a general sense, overuse of the word "which". Some examples listed below:
  • "...was the WWF Championship, which was defended in two matches" Consider the less wordy "...was the WWF Championship, which was defended in two matches".
  • Similarly, "Owen ran into Bret, which caused Owen to lose his focus..." --> "Owen ran into Bret, causing Owen to lose his focus..."
  • and "...to resolve an angle in which the two had argued over the rightful holder..." --> "...to resolve an angle where the two had argued over the rightful holder.
  • and one from further down the article "Wippleman and Finkel wrestled a series of Tuxedo matches in 1994,[18] which culminated in..." --> Wippleman and Finkel wrestled a series of Tuxedo matches in 1994,[18] ending with..." These are examples only and is not exhaustive.

• "In the angle, Michaels refused to acknowledge the title change, however, as he insisted that he was the true Intercontinental Champion." The cited reference is a broken link, please fix.

• Overuse of commas before conjunctions such as "and" and "but". This is perhaps a personal preference but i would not use commas in situations such as:
  • "Yokozuna attacked Hart before the bell, and Hart attempted a couple of comebacks in vain"
  • "Bret maintained the advantage for a little while, but Yokozuna came back with a belly to belly suplex" and so on. Once again, these are examples only and the use of commas througout the article should be addressed.
    • These commas are all used correctly. Removing them would be grammatically incorrect, as a subject comes after the comma (ie. a complete clause follows the comma). GaryColemanFan (talk) 03:01, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
• "Capitalisation of wrestling jargon. "Dropkick" and "powerslam" are generally started with lower-case letters while "Driving elbow drop" and "Earthquake slam" start with capitals. Is there a pro-wrestling guideline on terms to be capitalised or should these be standardised?
  •  Done I hope you don't mind, but I moved this point below the mention of commas, as it was in the middle of the examples. I removed the capitalization from everything except specific names given by the wrestlers (Tombstone piledriver, Sharpshooter, and Earthquake splash) and names that contained "German" or "Irish"). • "The feud between Razor Ramon and Shawn Michaels also dated back to the fall of 1993" "Fall" here is ambiguous, I assume you mean the season but I am not sure. Remember that in British English, fall is called "autumn" Perhaps a link to the season?

• "Mr. Fuji, Yokozuna's manager, challenged all American athletes to attempt to bodyslam Yokozuna on the deck of the USS Intrepid." Was this a general challenge to all American athletes or to those athletes aboard USS Intrepid at the time. Perhaps a quote if possible?

Well done again on addressing the matters raised so quickly. I disagree about the commas; the conjunctions are designed to link the various clauses and the commas are redundant. However, as stated above, this may be a personal preference only and not something to hold up any promotion. I couldn't see anything at WP:MOS either way on the matter.
