Infobox : The infobox may be incomplete, perhaps missing public symbolism. Check that the number of lifetime members is accurate at ~50,000. The template best used for this entry, where you can see all available fields (--these things: "| = ''text'' ) is the fraternity-specific infobox. This, and other useful items are linked on the Fraternities and Sororities Project page.
Maintain : Set a calendar reminder to update the chapter list, confirm that the mailing address is still accurate, and otherwise check the article for necessary updates, annually.
Update : When calling out specific chapters in the body text, italicize the name of the chapter. Wikipedia practice is that the word "chapter" is not capitalized, while the name of the chapter is.
Wikify : The chapter list should indicate if a chapter is active by bolding its name, or if inactive by using italics. The table format should allow room where chapter references may point to portal pages, and allow comments on where a chapter came from, interesting facts or its outcome. You may, optionally, shift the page of notable alumni to a standalone page, which you'd then link as a WP:hatnote.
Friends, adding a name to the notable alumni section without references isn't encyclopedic. Please include references of some sort - preferably a link to a wikipedia page, if not, an external website that allows you to document the notability of the brother. Even if you cite an external website, editors of wikipedia will generally form a consensus as to whether the notability is enough for inclusion in an encyclopedia - so it still might get removed even after leaving references. So please think twice before adding your roommates name to wikipeda so they can google themselves... it's probably going to get reverted.
Please discuss here. And remember to sign your posts please. (Bump from archive. Some threads need to remain permanently on the talk page) Timmccloud (talk) 20:44, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
In discussions with another TEP historian I have discovered that Adam Sandler personally denies any involvement with TEP. Until proof is otherwise established, any entry to this effect will be removed. Also, just because another wikipedia entry say's it's so, still doesn't make it true. I've corrected both this entry AND the Adam Sandler entry multiple times. (Bump from Archive) Timmccloud (talk) 20:48, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
