I've removed the prod tag on this article. Secrecy in the United states is a mater of ongoing controversy, and is extensively covered in Wikipedia. This form contains the actual obligations assumed by people granted access to classified information. I'm dubious; there are easily dozens of forms that government personnel sign, and none of them are particularly notable, gaining at most incidental coverage. Can you find significant coverage of this form as the subject matter, per WP:N? RayAYang (talk) 15:43, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
