To elaborate on this: We can upload a fair-use file locally on Wikipedia (not on Commons), if we can argue that it significantly improves the reader's understanding of the article subject, and it is supported by the text. For example, this can mean having a Development section talking about the visual design, and illustrating that section with concept art. We would have to expand the development section to include that first, though, and choose an image that is particularly relevant and illustrative of what's being discussed there.--AlexandraIDV23:07, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
