Per KSL.com: Elder Richard G. Scott is not participating in meetings of the LDS Church's Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, of which he is a member, due to "a fading memory incident to age," according to a news release issued Friday afternoon. I think perhaps this is worth mentioning, including his previous incident last month where he was hospitalized due to a bleeding ulcer. Perhaps under "declining health." [1]
