Is this event notable? It's not clear to me that this series of protests deserves its own article, per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_(events). I'm not clear on what significant effect this protest sequence had in Portland. Does anyone have an opinion on whether this event is notable enough? I want to err on the side of caution here.
