VersaceSpace, so I just nominated it. I've been breezing through some of the advice from the last nom. Let me know if I've left anything out. I also don't know how to add you as a "co-nominator" credit but I'm gonna figure it out rn. HeyitsBentalk18:58, 8 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@VersaceSpace: Ok that’s great bc if you have less than 5 credits you don’t have to do WP:QPQ. It’s 10x easier to co-nominate a DYK than a GA... what you have to do is fill this out and put my name under the “author2” parameter. Once you’ve done that you paste “(moved template, it was breaking the page. refactored by VersaceSpace)“ under the TOP of this subsection. Since our article is already GA it has no issues and is automatically eligible but if you want you can read WP:DYKRULES. HeyitsBentalk12:36, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@VersaceSpace:, you would essentially be creating a template which, when spawned, can be viewed in full on other pages (as reflected in the source code under this subsection). If you fill in “Hot Pink (album)” in the “YOUR ARTICLE TITLE” space here and then press “Create nomination” it will take you to the Template page (which now has a red link since it isn’t created yet) where you need to fill the base template out. VersaceSpace, perfect! I've done some tweaks and I will probably add one or two ALT hooks in case they don't like the first one! Also I'm adding the LA times interview as a source as it also supports the hook in a slightly different way, since the Doja doesn't specifically refer to her songwriting in the BB one. The following is an archived discussion of the DYK nomination of the article below. Please do not modify this page. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page (such as this nomination's talk page, the article's talk page or Wikipedia talk:Did you know), unless there is consensus to re-open the discussion at this page. No further edits should be made to this page.
Eligible, no copyright issues or basic policy violations, QPQ exempt. I like the first hook (ALT0) and the base fact checks out, but I'm not sure what the "subsequently" is doing there—both of the sources cited in the article (and in the nom) seem to say that she thought Hot Pink was better than the previous one. However, when I read the hook first I thought it meant "during Hot Pink she stopped smoking marijuana and in her work after that [which would be Planet Her] she found her songwriting was improved". If we can just tweak it to "... stopped smoking marijuana and discovered that ..." then I'm ready to approve. — Bilorv (talk) 20:47, 18 May 2021 (UTC):@Bilorv: Doneversacespaceleave a message!21:17, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
