Normally I would let the time pass on this move, but consensus is rather overwhelming with Wikipedia guidelines and proper English on the side of "keep." I have moved it back, having to delete page history of one page, but the copy on both pages were completely identical, so nothing really was lost except edit history, which can be restored to this article.
