If you follow the Goofy link, the artist that recorded the "holler" sound effect is given as Hannès Schrolle
As far as I remember, a modified version of the Goofy holler can be heard from the character Maurice in the Marsupilami TV show. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.52.188.239 (talk) 22:41, 3 March 2007 (UTC).
Is the Goofy holler the one where he goes "WAAA-hoo-hoo-hoo-hooey"? -Branddobbe 22:36, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
Why is there no sample of the sound?
I wonder that too. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.64.113.248 (talk) 23:29, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
I, for one, oppose the merge. It would inevitably limit our coverage of the holler, and make it inconsistent with the standalone articles, such as Wilhelm scream and Castle thunder. The connection with Goofy is becoming tenuous as more and more films use it, anyway. --Kizor 14:20, 16 May 2007 (UTC)
