"kiss-and-ride" seems like a local idiom, try what the source says, "park and ride"
"Kiss and ride" specifically refers to a location (usually inside a park-and-ride lot) to briefly stop for dropping off or picking up passengers - see Park and ride#Kiss and ride. I've clarified this in the prose.
