Please, please, please try and find a source that isn't Discogs for the tracklistings. Does Korn's site provide them? Allmusic? Discogs is considered unreliable but if there is literally nothing else...
Before Follow the Leader was released, Korn promoted the studio album by headlining the Family Values Tour in 1998. "Freak on a Leash" was the first song played on their first tour date. - cite both of these facts

Maybe a paragraph on the structure of the song itself. It looks like you're struggling to make the article longer (which may explain the numerous times you name the song) so maybe have a look at Hollaback Girl - a different genre entirely but still has the structure you need to follow.
Sorry to butt in, but I think it's important to mention that it is by no means clear what the alt cover is adding to the article. If it is genuinely signficant, why is it not even mentioned in the article? Non-free images should be used in articles only when their presence significantly adds to reader understanding.
