I've redirected the article to the list of street-level characters. A separate Wire wiki is the best place to cover the character from the plot POV in the article, and I don't see an assertion of notability or evidence of third-party coverage implying notability for Cheese. --EEMIV (talk) 02:25, 12 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
