April 17: Evacuation Day in Syria (1946)

I'm wondering about today's entry re Federal express. This hardly seems notable to me. And if it is notable, will we also see "Virgin Recordstores's first CD sale", "First financial transaction by Bank of America", etc. I propose that the Fedex entry be removed. I'd like to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks, Hu Gadarn 19:07, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
Should Jesus Christ's birthday be atleast mentioned? Read Star of Bethlehem to see what I mean, the Molnar section.–Sidious1701(talk • email • todo) 21:34, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
1861 – The state of Virginia's secession convention votes to secede from the United States, becoming the 8th state to join the Confederate States of America. It joined the CSA on May 7, maybe that should be added so people don't think it joined the same day. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.127.71.183 (talk) 12:53, 17 April 2018 (UTC)
