There is no such thing as "10-minute gusts" and "one-minute gusts". Gusts are measured over three seconds, regardless of the mean sustained wind averaging period. It doesn't matter what the JTWC or any other agency says the gusts are; there is only one value for gusts, and we always use the BOM's value.Tag: Visual edit
