Removed red wikilink. Completed Sasson-Shvartzman citation (was missing journal name). Tried to make author and date stiles uniform throughout, and to have all journals cited using cite journal markup. NOTE: many access dates are yet missing (next activity), so some further URLs may be found dead.

Reformatted and completed JAMA citation whose new live link just appeared—thanks to earlier editor for finding. Continuing to try to make appearance of all citations uniform. Checked content of article to this source, and it is fine—though another editor may wish to elaborate on what he intended with his new design, because he states more extensive criteria than we summarise. Noting multipage article as requiring subscription.

Thank you to earlier editor for finding live URL for dead JAMA article. That article formatted using standard markup, including access date. However, the second statement of that edit, where the article states he was one of the first to play music in the operating room—per WP science citation policy, this cannnot be established by a primary source by the article subject himself. Per WP policy, secondary source stating this must be cited. (Primacy of discoveries cannot be "I am first".)

Returned constructive edits made by this academic editor, after leaving ecplanatory note to editor perceiving vandalism (clearly not!) at their talk page. Moved excessive titling of NYT article to quote section of markup.
