Please read WP:MOSJ: "The word 'Emperor' is an integral part of the name and not merely a title, so it should be capitalized and the article 'the' should not appear before it." Also re-adding relevant link to the Nara Prefecture article.

I can only assume the later mention of his name having already been attested in Korean sources is a reference to his "real" name rather than "Jinmu", which no one believes was anything other than a late invention. So we need to mention this name first.
