John Laurence Milne is a British Liberal Democrat politician who has been the Member of Parliament for Horsham since 2024.[1]

Early life and education

Milne grew up in Epsom.[2] Between 1979 and 1982, Milne was awarded a scholarship and completed his Bachelor of Arts course in English Literature at the University of Oxford.[3]

Political career

At the 2024 General Election, Milne gained a majority vote share in the newly drawn boundary of Horsham achieving 21,632 votes, defeating incumbent Jeremy Quin.[4]

Personal life

After working in London and Dublin for a number of years, Milne lives in Horsham with his family.[2]
