Motivazione: Japanese cross-wiki vandal, see also nl:Overleg gebruiker:Piet van der Wal/blockmsg. User creates accounts from Wikipedias where he's not yet blocked/locked. IP-adresses used are 210.136.3.18 and 221.186.143.131. Both are blocked globally for a year (until December 3, 2011). All the, at the moment, checked accounts have been blocked and/or locked. User vandalizes on articles round the Dutch band Shocking Blue. Also the request to check if there are more accounts, used as well as not used.
