Evidence

Rampant COI and promotional editing to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art's article. Admitted COI editing here from the IP. I was thinking Sunkyokim was possibly related but did not have confirmation of same until this edit when s/he declared his/her user talk to be the official museum page since the repeated copyvio deletions on the main article page.
