Further attempts to recreate an article about Jai Prakash (singer), still relying entirely on primary sources and still not making any credible claim to passage of WP:NMUSIC. Although the current version is different in form from the prior attempts, the substance is still the same. I also note the similarity of the username "WikipedianEditors" to "OfficialEditors", another user that's already been blocked in conjunction with this issue — and while WikipedianEditors has already been blocked for other reasons, a linkage to this situation hasn't been confirmed yet, and checking it may still be a necessary part of determining whether the other two are socks or not.
