Image is on flickr (here) noting "all rights reserved" and with an upload date pre-dating this one images by four months. Also present on this blog with a date a few days prior to the flickr one. Either the flickr user and the uploader are the same person, or this image is not verifyably free Peripitus (Talk) 02:24, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Image is a duplicate of an all-rights-reserved one on flickr. The flickr image pre-dates this one by four months so unless the flickr user and the uploader of this image are the same person, it is not a free image Peripitus (Talk) 02:26, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Appears to contain a presumably copyrighted logo/insignia. J Milburn (talk) 10:55, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Image is free. Pattern on the jumper is not a logo, and never was one. I drew the image myself in FireworksNimChief (talk) 15:20, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Clearly a professional photo, claimed as self-created by someone with a history of copyright violation. TheJazzDalek (talk) 12:20, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

First edition of this upload has "wikipedia use only". Second mentions a permission e-mail. It would be nice if that e-mail could be forwarded to info-da@wikimedia.org (it is probably in Danish?). User:Nillerdk (talk) 13:33, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

1944 pic of Albanian refugees. It says "According to Albanian law, images of state authorities, made during communism are public domain", but this isn't an official state work. ((PD-Albania)) says anonymous works are copyrighted 70 years, but that won't be until 2015, I think. – Quadell (talk) 16:12, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A flickr download but it is likely a promotional photo, flickr uploader has no meta data on page. Very unlikely to be a genuinely free image. Polly (Parrot) 22:12, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Delete: Press release style image found by tineye on a number of Indian websites which credits Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy's own website www.ysrportal.com but I cannot find the image there. Several other, possibly non-free images of this uploader, have been deleted previously. ww2censor (talk) 22:18, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This image, though I cannot find its source on the internet, appears to be an official headshot scaled to webresolution and not the property of the uploader to release into the public domain. The edges as well show that the image has been scaled up before uploading here. Peripitus (Talk) 23:06, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The image claims both that the uploader owns the image and that the author is "anonymous". This image appears to be a professionally produced taken from a press website, I can see press images of the same event that seem taken from the same angle but cannot find this particular image. No exif an web resolution are just additional hints. Peripitus (Talk) 23:14, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Delete. The image is clearly not self-made, therefore it has an invalid source. If a valid source is provided, it can be undeleted, assuming copyright checks out. Stifle (talk) 10:31, 1 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Submitter claims the image was "self-made", yet the photo was taken in 1936. Call me crazy, but I'm a bit skeptical. RabidDeity (talk) 23:30, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
