Participants of WP:EE, such as Raintheone, GSorby, and AnemoneProject, oppose this image and want this image removed from Wikipedia as "pointless and unnecessary". They think this image fails WP:NFCC#8 because they believe that identifying a character with this image is trivial. To me, it doesn't. Well, I tried WP:DRV, but Fastily restored them as "non-controversial" restorations. I would say keep this image. George Ho (talk) 23:49, 16 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

To the best of my knowledge regarding fair-use, we can't use a copyrighted image of a painting in 8th King's Royal Irish Hussars, an article about a regiment of the British Army, we'd only be able to use it in an article about the painting I think. Even if we can use it, I dispute that the use of the image does actually "illustrate the historical significance of the 8th King's Royal Irish Hussars at the Battle of Imjin, Korea 1951" as the fair-use rationale claims. 2 lines of K₃₀₃ 14:02, 16 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
