Delete, fails WP:NONPROFIT can't find in news references, if someone fluent in chinese can help show other sources that'd be great but with the info I can find to show it operates on a national or international level that's related to the museum. Im very fluent in Chinese. Haha, Thats an overstatement, but i can help. Note, searching for sources by its Mandarin name will yield much more results. haha, you think so? Well thank you then! haha, anyway, after looking at sources both in English and Chinese, I feel that the centre is very notable, just needing cleanup, for its article.
