Keep Based on the original sentence or two in the article, 'delete' it would have been. However Harcus is also well-known in Scotland as an advocate for sustainable communities and renewable energy. I have provided a significant upgrade and respectfully request that the above reviewers take a second look. - Comment. My experience of Biographies of living persons is scant, but let me say this. Being an Orkeny Islands councillor is by and of itself, I quite agree, not notable. Delete - as a local councillor, he does not meet rquirements for WP:BIO. Even with Ben's additional research, I don't see Sam Harcus meeting the notability requirement as an activist.
