Being a researcher of sharia law, a spiritual teacher or secretary of an association are not automatically notable in an encyclopaedic sense. I find some matches on GNews and two mentions in GBooks, but nothing that would show the significant coverage or being part of the enduring historic record needed to unambiguously meet WP:BIO, WP:PROF or WP:GNG.
