A rename is probably called for, since she's not primarily notable as a motivational speaker. A good comparison is with Simon Weston, who originally came to fame via the bombing of RFA Sir Galahad (1966) but since then has achieved a high level of fame and media attention as a campaigner, media personality, and autobiographical writer.
