• Keep or Merge to/with Mesa (Honorverse). Manpower Incorporated is a major plot device in Honorverse, a bestselling book series. • Delete, as with arguments from first AfD, no out-of-universe content to merge anywhere, and without secondary sources to provide out-of-universe perspective, this problem does not appear to be fixable.
