The article is a blatant advertisement for the group created by the group itself. Beside the significant COI problems, the citations provided fail to establish notability about the subject. None of the five citations in the article are about the group, and the one citation that does mention the group is just a quote from an employee of the organization about a subject that has little or no relation to the organization itself.   • Reply - the Google search that eastmain posted a link to is not about the institute, it is about Dr. Powell and does not establish notability for the institute.
