There's no context in the article to describe who this person is or why he's significant - other than a lengthy genealogy claiming he's a descendent of Mohammed and a lengthy quote from Mohammed's will that supposedly supports this. A google search seems to indicate that he's a messianic Iraqi prophet. There's a list of sources (or at least page numbers) at the end, but what they're supporting is not clear.
