• Delete Not a widely used term; certainly hierarchies can be incompetent, but so can cricketers and we don't have an article "cricket incompetence". • Delete Reads like an essay, and primarily OR. I don't find the term widely used. There is one other book of essays [1] that isn't listed as a reference here with Hierarchical Incompetence in its title, but it appears to be the product of a vanity press. • Delete and wrap the phone lines in aluminum foil: this is boosting of a little world a people who have uncovered The Answer. The "See Also" list is practically a guide to "AfD also," because what's going on here is someone/some thing with a faith in "IRG." Run! Run for your life! (I remember the "neurolinguistic programming" maniacs once had built a little private empire at Wikipedia.)
