Incomplete entry, originally added with notation that it was used by permission from a particular site, when in fact most if not all the definitions are taken from other sources. Article also bizarely only goes to "C". A glossary entry of gambling terms may or may not be an appropriate article, but an incomplete one with a false reference certainly should not exist.
