• Delete, does not seem to meet WP:GNG particularly the significant coverage part. A review of WP:SOLDIER, used by many editors interested in military history, would seem to indicate that he does not meet notability guidelines with the single award of the Navy Cross. • Weak Delete, the subject appears to have received some coverage in non-primary reliable sources such as in The Leatherneck (volume 75) and in the book The outpost war: the U.S. Marines in Korea, whether that coverage is significant is debatable, therefore I cannot say that the subject passes WP:GNG. Although the subject was posthumously awarded the Navy Cross, but the award alone isn't significant as defined by WP:SOLDIER for WP:ANYBIO.
