Non notable ISP. There seems to be a few "Apex Telecom's" floating around but none of them appear notable, and there is no significant coverage/notability for an Apex Internet or Apex Telecom in Canberra, either in news, or a general Google search. Delete. Another ordinary ISP advertising on Wikipedia. The article takes some pains to inform us that this business can connect your home or business to the Internet.
