    I was thinking NEVENT as the SNG, NOTNEWS points to ROUTINE for events, and I don't think coverage in Al Jazeera, WaPo, and BBC, indicates this is a routine event. LASTING I think is probably the best arg for deleting, every counter I can think of against LASTING is OTHERSTUFFEXISTS points.
