Seahorseruler, are you saying that Bbb23 is not an administrator, then?

Also, were you thinking of ever actually answering my question of how you two figure that my account is an SPA (even with the diversity of the subject matter of the articles that I've worked on)? That section does say that the accused can comment and question in there too, does it not? Then shouldn't the accused also receive replies?

You are not an Administrator so you may not decline cases yourself. Bbb23 has only commented on the case. No Administrators have decided whether or not to take any action yet, so the case is still open. I will reply to your questions regarding sockpuppet accusations on the investigation page.
