I couldn't find anywhere on this page talking about the link between wildfires and carbon dioxide (lmk if i'm wrong I just skimmed it), I think it could be useful to include since its a metric NASA and other government agencies use. bucas :) (talk) 13:25, 6 October 2022 (UTC)
The wiki article says "The most common source of carbon monoxide is the partial combustion of carbon-containing compounds, when insufficient oxygen or heat is present to produce carbon dioxide.".
